Just a Few Interesting Links
- https://nameid.org/
- A project of mine which uses Namecoin identities to provide OpenID logins.
- A site I run with a few pages about freedom and free software. In German.
- My sister's blog with reviews of films and books (mostly fantasy). In German.
- The Free Software Foundation, which promotes (obviously) free software and also has some interesting essays about the issues resolving around it.
- Ditto for the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
- A very active and successful animal rights group in Austria, headed by Martin Balluch.
- A free map of the world, made by volunteers. I think this is a very useful and also interesting project—and it will probably soon have a more detailed and up-to-date map as proprietary providers (actually this is already true right now for certain regions and cities).
- A decentralised, peer-to-peer digital currency that provides freedom of money for everyone. It is resistant to seizures and censorship.
- Protect your privacy online by using Tor!
- Repository of free Android apps, including mine. I found lots of interesting and useful stuff there, and use it instead of Google Play.
